Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most European countries and select international destinations.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our family workshop in the EU, where each piece is packed with care before heading out to you.
When will my order ship?
Processing times vary by product — each item is carved individually. Most pieces ship within 3–5 business days, while some made-to-order items may take longer. You can find the expected processing time listed on each product page.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Because each piece begins processing shortly after the order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
What if something arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order by hand — but if anything arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. You can also email us directly at contact@azurecorsica.com with a photo of the item and packaging. If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For more, see our Returns Policy.
Craftsmanship & Materials
What are your products made of?
All of our pieces are carved from 100% solid olive wood, known for its natural durability, antibacterial properties, and beautiful grain. No two items are alike.
Where is your wood sourced?
We use only ethically and sustainably sourced olive wood, primarily from pruned or fallen trees — never from deforestation or overharvesting.
Who makes your products?
Our items are crafted in small batches by artisans, not machines. There are no conveyor belts, no mass production — just thoughtful, hands-on work.
Are all items handmade?
Yes. Every piece is carved, sanded, and finished by hand. Slight variations in shape, tone, or grain are part of what make each item truly unique.
Sustainability
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes — we keep packaging minimal and recyclable wherever possible. Our boxes are designed to protect your items while leaving a small footprint.
What makes your brand sustainable?
We make everything in small runs, using reclaimed or responsibly sourced wood. We avoid plastic, overproduction, and fast-shipping models that harm the environment.
Are your products treated with chemicals?
Never. We finish each piece with a food-safe, plant-based oil — no varnishes, lacquers, or synthetic coatings.
Care & Use
How do I care for olive wood?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid soaking. Occasionally oil with food-safe mineral or olive oil to maintain its natural luster. Do not use in the dishwasher.
Can I use these products for hot foods or liquids?
Yes — olive wood naturally resists heat and bacteria. Just avoid extreme temperatures and don’t leave items submerged or exposed to steam for long periods.
